Komono

Die belgische Marke Komono wurde 2009 von Rad Maes und Anton Janssens ins Leben gerufen. Ihr Name kommt aus dem japanischen und bedeutet "kleine Dinge" - was für eine Marke, die auf Fashion-Accessoires spezialisiert ist, wie die Faust aufs Auge passt. Mit ihren raffinierten und eleganten Uhren machte die Marke Komono erstmals von sich reden, bevor sie mit ihren Sonnenbrillen einen ähnlichen Erfolg feierte. Der Komono-Style gefällt dabei im Grunde jedem und die Marke bietet sowohl Vintage- als auch moderne Modelle zu stets attraktiven Preisen an. Produziert wird deshalb in China, aber das Design und die Konzeption erfolgen nach wie vor in Anvers. Seit 2016 bietet Komono außerdem eine Kollektion an Sehbrillen an.
